VaW is a program specifically designed to increase the health & well being of individuals in any community. Essential exercises combined with the principles of Tai Chi have been carefully distilled into the VaW© program.
2 or 3 minutes sitting in your place of work VaW becomes a very effective method of releasing harmful stress & tension in the mind & body.
Easy to learn, inexpensive, not requiring any equipment or a specific environment, it is instantly accessible & will work for everyone.

VaW© training

We offer instructor training courses. These courses train and certify members of your community to teach others VaW©. This empowers your community to become self sufficient with in house instructors able to establish & lead classes of their own.
