This course is specifically designed for absolute beginners, all age groups & levels of ability.
The Natural Step Foundation Form is an easy to learn sequence of gentle flowing movements that will re-vitalise you, decrease stress while facilitating emotional & physical harmony.
These low impact exercises also increase oxygenation on a cellular level, massage all the internal organs & strengthen the muscular skeletal system for better balance & mobility.
The course is supported with Video, Handouts & Complimentary weekly Virtual Classes for the duration of the course.

You can transfer or cancel your registration up to 21 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations if made 21 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund.
In the event that a course has to be cancelled a full refund will be given.
No refunds can be made within 21 days of the course start date or once the course has commenced.
In the case of private classes cancellations must be received verbally 24 hours before the appointment to avoid incurring the full agreed fee.
