Sweet is the lore which nature brings,
our meddling intellect misshapes the

In essence Tai Chi is specific but uncomplicated, low impact movements of the body. Often described as meditation in movement, the health benefits are optimized when the graceful movements are combined with good postural alignment, correct breathing and an uncluttered, softly focused mind.
Natural Step Tai Chi classes in Minneapolis & St Paul are informal & accessible to all regardless of age or ability.

“The beauty that is the legacy from Rising Dragon Tai Chi in Britain continues here in Minneapolis & St. Paul; not only in the clarity of the Tai Chi form but also with its ability to illuminate the four underlying principles that are the foundation of Tai Chi.”

The Lineage of Natural Step School of Tai Chi

- Grand Master Dr Chi Chiang Tao -

- Richard Farmer -
Honorary President of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain
& Founder of Rising Dragon Tai Chi School UK
(Richard is visiting NSSTC & will be teaching in Minneapolis from Sept 27th to Oct 3rd 2010)

- Colin Snow -
Teacher for Rising Dragon Tai Chi School UK
& Founder of Natural Step School of Tai Chi Minneapolis

Colin Snow, formerly a qualified teacher with Britain's premier Rising Dragon School of Tai Chi, is founder & principal instructor of Natural Step School of Tai Chi & Qigong here in Minnesota. He began studying Tai Chi & Qigong in 1986 while continuing his career as a special needs teacher. His experience of the Healing Arts continued, becoming a qualified Shiatsu practitioner in Britain & studying Healing Qigong here in Minneapolis with Master Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest Qigong.

"My teacher, Richard Farmer, president of the Tai Chi union of Great Britain said, "the greatest gift that one can give to another human being is one’s full attention". For me this continues to resonate in truth, & then we discover that the greatest gift we can provide for ourselves is the opportunity for transformation through the practice of meditation, to create inner peace & well being for mind, body & spirit".

From the absolute beginner to the more experienced practitioner, should you have any questions or would simply like to get more information about Tai Chi classes, please e-mail us: naturalsteptaichi@msn.com
