Class definitions
Stage 1, 2 or 3 classes followed with a posture title are when learning the Short Form sequence for the first time.

Review all stages, these classes are designed for students to ask for a review of any postures or sequence in any stage

Master classes, these classes will focus on only1or 2 postures from a particular stage supported by feedback for individual students

Deepening classes, are intended for students that are comfortable with the postures & sequence to develop their personal practice further

Long Form classes, are for students who have completed the Short Form, deepened their practice & are invited to join a Long Form class
