Drop in Class for Better Balance & Strength

Every Thursday ~ 9:30 to 10:15 a.m

Our drop in classes offer you flexibility during the week to take a 45 minute Class.
The primary focus for these classes is to improve balance, posture & lower body strength.

You will learn the basic principles of Tai Chi & gain the benefits through a series of low impact exercises & movements.
Excellent for helping with many common health issues, to relieve stress, strengthen the body & relax the mind.

You can register now with secure payment byPayPal or bring a check to your first class

Basic monthly fee for 1 class per week is $65.00

Unlimited classes per month the fee is $85.00

Pay per class rate is $20 payable by check on the day
