Every Wednesday or Thursday ~ 9:30 to 10:15 a.m

Our drop in classes offer you flexibility during the week to take a 45 minute session in
Tai Chi for health & well being.
You can choose to come to 1 class on any of the above days & times, 2 or all 3 of them.

You will learn the basic principles of Tai Chi & gain the benefits through a series of low impact exercises & movements.
Excellent for helping with many common health issues, to relieve stress, strengthen the body & relax the mind.

Basic monthly fee for 1 class per week is $65.00

Unlimited classes per month the fee is $85.00

Pay per class rate is $20 payable by check on the day
